Basic Access

Basic is for the start up franchisor who does not need to collect royalties or sell products to franchises.   Below is a list of all of the tools available for Basic Access.

Toolkit Options / Features Basic Library Tool (BLT) – Post documents, pictures, music, in to customized categories for easy viewing Basic Products Tool (BPT) - Post products and pictures to a main inventory.  Includes a Margin Calculator. Adv: Can also set on-hand Basic Report Tool (BRT) –Run reports on items such as:  Monthly Sales, Franchises, Leads, Products, Customers and more! Customer Management Tool (CMT) – Franchise locations can enroll customers into their FranTools™ database for demographic tracking.  Each franchise can track up to 2 UDFs on the Basic version and 10 on Advanced & Custom. Contact Support Tool (CST) – Franchisees can send messages back to their franchisors based on customized departments that the franchisor sets up. Daily Sales Tool (DST) – Monitor franchise location sales by having them input their daily sales into this tool.  Franchisees can set monthly goals and see their data daily, monthly, and yearly. Franchise Information Tool (FIT) - Track franchise locations by storing key demographic information.  Franchisors can also run reports on employees and customers across the entire company. Franchisor Management Tool (FMT) – Franchisors have up to 8 levels of security that can be set.  This allows franchisors to regulate access of individual users at any level.	FranTools™ Screenshot Lead Management Tool Lead Management Tool (LMT) – Track leads on 6 status levels.  For each lead, each franchisor can send emails, enter notes, track 7 key dates, enter 20 franchise specific checklist items, set reminders, and more! Message Board Tool (MBT) – Post messages into custom configured categories for easy access to the franchisor and franchisees User Access Tool (UAT) – Built in tool for each login level that allows privileges to be completely customized.  This allows franchisors to restrict access to the franchisees and franchisees to their employees.   Free Updates - Periodically we will release updates to FranTools™ at no additional cost to you!
